South Gate Believers Convention (SGBC) 2026 · last reviewed 17 October 2026
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you register we collect your name, email address, phone number, town or city, optional church or assembly, and whether you will attend in person or online. When you use the community we store the posts, comments, photos, videos and Stories you publish, and the likes and reports you make.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
To confirm your registration, send you sign-in codes and convention updates by email or notification, keep the community safe (moderation and reports), and produce anonymous attendance figures for the organising team.
WHO CAN SEE IT
Registration details (name, email, phone, town) are visible only to the SGBC organising team through the private organiser tools. Your display name and anything you publish in the community are visible to other signed-in attendees and, for the public feed, to visitors. Media is served from private storage; it is only reachable while your post is visible or your Story is unexpired.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Registration records are kept for the 2026 convention cycle and deleted after the event administration is complete. Stories expire automatically after 24 hours. Removed posts stop being served immediately. You can delete your account at any time from My registration; this removes your account, posts, Stories and uploaded media. Donation records are retained for accounting.
NOTIFICATIONS
If you turn on notifications, we store the subscription or device token you provide so we can send convention announcements and session reminders. You can turn them off for any device at any time in My registration.
